These terms govern your use of Just in Case and purchases made directly from The Healey Farm, LLC through this website. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Educational and organizational use

Just in Case materials provide general educational and organizational information. They are not legal, medical, tax, estate-planning, emergency-response, or financial advice and do not replace professional guidance or original records.

Limited-use license

Household products are licensed to the purchaser for personal household use and trusted household participants. A product expressly designed for small-business use is licensed for internal use by one business owned by the purchaser. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, or use the files to create a competing product.

Digital delivery

Digital purchases are delivered after successful payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their files. If your download does not work, contact us and we will provide reasonable delivery assistance after verifying the order.

Digital-product returns

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, digital-product purchases are generally final except where required by law. If a file is defective, incomplete, duplicated, or inaccessible, contact us so we can correct the delivery. Printed products purchased from Amazon are governed by Amazon's order, shipping, and return terms.

Privacy and security

These products may be used to organize sensitive information. Do not record passwords, PINs, full access credentials, or information you cannot store safely. You are responsible for deciding what to record, where to store completed materials, and whom to trust with access. See our Privacy Policy for information about the website and purchase process.

Product changes and availability

We may improve, update, discontinue, or change the price of products prospectively. A purchase provides the product described at the time of sale and does not promise future extensions or services unless expressly stated.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, The Healey Farm, LLC is not responsible for decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, improperly stored, or improperly shared information.
